Google Meets redesign case study
Synthesized primary user research with google UX researcher & stakeholders to investigate redesign opportunities of Google meets.
Created user journey maps with touchpoints and detailed personas to convince key stakeholders of user pain points.
Collaborated with PM's & Engineers to rapidly prototype and iterate high-fidelity visual proposals.

Created research audits, wireframes, and prototypes. Conducted in-depth usability studies with the University of Washington Human-centered design & engineering stakeholders. Defined with design team MVP & Northstar

Wuhan Yangtze Communications Industry Group Co., Ltd.
Collected and analyzed the latest government guides for public transportation. Designed & implemented with the development team a new unified traffic command platform for all Wuhan government users, impacting 58.5 million secondary traffic users.

Synthesized user personas for the iFeng platform. Redesigned promotional CTA actions for the Phoenix APP and website to increase engagement with Weibo & other official accounts by 17%.

CoMotion at University of Washington
- Redesigned the current website for CoMotion using elements from the design library to create new components and layouts while maintaining the website's consistency
- Ensured the user experience was smooth and successful based on design requirements and developed creative solutions for meeting those needs.

Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center
- Collaborated with FredHutch UX team and led a team of three for the end-to-end design process of Quit2Heal App regarding its features on helping teenagers quit vaping.
- Modified the Quit2Heal smoke quitting app to appeal to the youth (ages 13 to 17) vaping community, resulting in an improved app.
